Sainte-Marguerite-Esterel

St-Marguerite-Esterel is situated one hour from Montreal and is well-known for its remarkable, mountainous terrain and extensive network of waterways. Built in 1864, this historic town has retained its village-like appeal and has become a veritable hot-spot for quaint inns and spas. St-Marguerite-Esterel real estate is infamous for its lakefront homes and sprawling properties and provides an ideal get-a-way spot for people looking to escape the confines of the city.

Residents of this tranquil town enjoy being outdoors and active all year long. St-Marguerite-Esterel is situated on Lac Masson, which provides citizens with a myriad of activities in every season. In summer, visit the public beach for some swimming, waterskiing, or kayaking. In the winter months, the lake becomes an 8 kilometre long skating course with music and illuminated rest areas. St-Marguerite-Esterel is also home to 2 golf clubs, Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson Golf Club and Esterel Golf Club.
